Storing your serums, masks, and creams at lower temperatures can prevent nasty bacteria growth and can also extend the shelf life of your beauty products. Applying your moisturiser or face masks cold will also refresh the skin and reduce redness and swelling.

WHY CAN’T I STORE PRODUCTS IN MY KITCHEN FRIDGE?

Most kitchen fridges run between 0°C-3°C which can be detrimental to your products. Active ingredients may become frozen or damaged making the product unusable. Beauty Cooler is cool enough for your skincare and beauty items, but not cold enough to cause damage to them like your kitchen fridge.

The Beauty Cooler can cool down to 4ºC-10ºC. 

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS?

The Beauty Cooler measures 26cm x 18cm x 24cm with an internal capacity of 4 litres measuring 18cm x 13cm and 10cm deep. 

The Beauty Cooler features an internal door shelf for additional space as well as a removable middle shelf located 12cm from the base if you wish to store taller products. Sun lotions, face mists and oils galore!

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if your Beauty Cooler arrives faulty as well as a 1 year warranty. Unfortunately we do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. We are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

Once you’ve placed your order with Beauty Cooler we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order as our warehouse uses automatic systems that can not be stopped once an order has been placed. This is to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely and prompt manner.

IS BEAUTY COOLER NOISY?

We understand that many customers wish to store their Beauty Cooler inside their bedroom or dressing room, so we made sure all of our Beauty Coolers have the quietest fan possible, the sound produced is around 28db which should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers.

IS CONDENSATION NORMAL?

Yes condensation is perfectly normal, it usually occurs when the door is left open for long periods of time. We recommend keeping your Beauty Cooler closed during your skincare/beauty regime and storing it on a flat, dry surface away from any sources of heat and direct sunlight. 

It is important that you do not overload your Beauty Cooler. Storing too many products inside may lead to poor cold air circulation. 

We recommend allowing a minimum of 10cm behind your Beauty Cooler for ventilation and appropriate air flow. If your Beauty Cooler does not have adequate ventilation this can damage the appliance’s cooling system, resulting in condensation.

If condensation occurs, wipe with clean dry cloth.
